Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Carefully pack your rhode items in their original mailer box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
